General Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they apply to your stay at the La Gronda property. By confirming the reservation and using the accommodation, it will be considered that you are familiar with these terms, that you fully accept them, and that you undertake to comply with them during your stay.

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

1.1. A reservation for accommodation at the La Gronda property is considered valid only after receipt of an advance payment or full payment, in accordance with the reservation terms.

1.2. The advance payment amounts to 30% of the total reservation value and is paid via bank transfer.

1.3. The remaining amount of the total reservation price must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund of the paid advance.

1.4. All prices are expressed in the currency determined by the property owner and include applicable taxes and fees, unless stated otherwise.

2. CANCELLATION TERMS

2.1. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the guest may, subject to availability, choose an alternative stay date.

2.2. In case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, the paid advance is non-refundable.

2.3. Any changes to the stay dates are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with the property owner.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

3.1. The guest is required to pay a security deposit in the amount of EUR 200, most often upon arrival or as previously agreed.

3.2. The deposit serves as security for any damage incurred during the stay and will be returned to the guest after inspection of the property upon departure, provided that no damage or additional costs have occurred.

4. STAY RULES AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. Guests undertake to use the accommodation with due care, in accordance with the purpose of the property and the house rules.

4.2. Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation neat and clean during their stay.

4.3. Any damage or loss of inventory, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the guest in accordance with an assessment of the actual damage.

5. OWNER’S LIABILITY

5.1. The property owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings or other damages that may occur during the guests’ stay at the property or through the use of the related facilities.

5.2. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel and health insurance during their stay.

6. PRIVACY PROTECTION

6.1. Guests’ personal data are collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations (GDPR).

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. The owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published in due time and shall enter into force on the date of publication.
