To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, please follow the house rules below. By staying at the property, you confirm that you are familiar with them and accept them.
1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only with prior agreement and subject to availability.
2. NUMBER OF GUESTS
• Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay at the property (maximum number of guests is 4).
• Staying of unregistered persons is not allowed without the host’s prior consent.
3. PEACE AND QUIET
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Parties, loud music and noise are not allowed during this period.
4. SMOKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (terrace, balcony).
5. PETS
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed otherwise before arrival.
6. LIABILITY AND SAFETY
• Guests stay at the property at their own responsibility.
• Please behave responsibly and take care of your own safety, as well as the safety of other persons and property.
7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANLINESS
• Guests are required to keep the property tidy and use the equipment with care.
• Furniture and equipment must not be taken outside the property.
• In case of any damage, the guest must inform the host immediately.
8. DAMAGE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
• Any damage or loss of inventory, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged from the security deposit or additionally, according to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
9. EQUIPMENT AND ENERGY
• When leaving the property, please turn off air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances.
• It is forbidden to run the air conditioning with windows or doors open. Please keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
• Doors and windows must be closed when leaving the property.
10. WASTE
• Please sort waste in accordance with local regulations and use the designated containers.
• At check-in, the host will inform the guest about waste sorting.
11. PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
• Any behavior that may endanger safety, peace or the property of the accommodation or neighbors is prohibited.
• Organizing any kind of parties or events is prohibited without the host’s and/or owner’s prior approval.
12. RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE STAY
• In case of serious violation of the house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund of paid amounts.
